The Tustin Avenue Dental Team (TADT) was founded in the summer of June, 2002 with the vision of providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages by professionals who believed that the quality of a patient’s time in the office was every bit as important as the dental care they received during that visit. TADT grew rapidly and in June of 2007, it made the move to a larger facility to better accommodate patient needs. It continues to serve patients of all ages there to this day.

The Tustin Avenue Dental Team believes that incorporating technological advancements into patient care is critical to continually improving patient care and treatment. To this end, TADT has been using digital X-ray since 2006, added Pano & Ceph X-Ray in 2007, and then incorporated 3D CBCT Imaging in 2019, which provides us a more full picture of a patient’s oral health. An electronic charting system has also been used to integrate patient photos, x-rays and treatment histories since 2006 to provide the best possible patient care. TADT is also pioneering minimally invasive bio-mimetic dental procedures to help patients retain their natural teeth late into life and ensure the stability of their dental work for years to come.

We practice biomimetic care, which treats weak, fractured or decaying teeth in a way that keeps them strong and sealed against infection. This preventative, minimally invasive treatment helps to prevent the need for heavier-impact treatment such as root canal or extractions later on.

You can watch movie during your treatment to stay occupied while we do our work. We have many movies available for your viewing pleasure, or you can bring in your own DVD. A little entertainment is a great way to ease your anxiety during dental treatment.
Diagnosing a potential problem early on is the key to quick and minimally invasive treatment. This digital intraoral x-ray can enlarge, enhance, contrast, and even colorize an x-ray image through advanced imaging software, making it easier to identify early signs of decay.
The Digital Panoramic and Cephalometric X-Ray are used to help us build a complete picture of your mouth so that we can give you the best possible care and catch trouble early before it becomes a painful problem.
The Intraoral camera is used to give patients a clearer idea of what’s going on inside their mouths, and what can be done to repair or improve their oral health.
Ozone therapy can be used to disrupt root caries and in some cases, can be used be used to avoid the need for a more invasive procedure, such as a root canal treatment.
The Ellman Electro-Surgitron is used to in gum disease treatment and to examine tissue biopsies so that our dental professionals can make the most informed treatment recommendation.
Our office uses Deka Lasers for laser surgeries. This allows us to perform many procedures without a scalpel that are virtually pain free and require no stitches and minimal recovery time!
